"The taxi driver was on time, in a car that was a pleasure to travel in because it was clean and tidy, and he drove really well. We arrived at Waterloo with plenty of time to spare. He was helpful with my bags and adjusted them for me so that they were easier to carry on to the station concourse. He was welcoming and polite and I would recommend him and his car to other travellers."
